Shopify build proposal
A plan to bring B. Skincare online: a clinical, credible storefront that launches with B. clean and B. leave, explains what is in them, sells them direct and to wholesale accounts, and is built to carry the products that follow.
A summary of the work, before the detail.
B. Skincare launches with two products. Each one is built on real actives, and the reason to buy is the formulation. The store has to carry that. It should look like it belongs to a surgeon's practice, and it should make the ingredients easy to understand without asking the reader to already know the chemistry.
The plan is a premium Shopify theme, personalized to the brand, with product pages that give each formula room to breathe. Behind the product pages sits an ingredient content system: you describe an active once, and it appears everywhere it is referenced. Customers can subscribe and reorder. Clinics and stockists can buy at wholesale pricing through the same store.
Everything is built to scale. Two products launch the store, but the product pages, the ingredient system, and both sales channels are structured so the third and fourth products drop in without a rebuild.
Two audiences, each convinced a different way, each with its own way to buy.
B. Skincare sells to two very different buyers. Other practices and clinics decide whether to stock a product by looking at the science. Consumers decide whether to buy by looking at the result on a face. The store is built for both. Each audience gets the proof it responds to, and a way to buy that fits how it orders.
To practices · Wholesale
A clinic will not put its name behind a product it cannot explain, and once it commits it reorders in volume. So the store gives every active a clear rationale with a place for the evidence, and a wholesale channel with account pricing and case quantities.
The proof · ingredient evidence
Maintained through the ingredient system.
The channel · wholesale ordering

To consumers · Direct
Before and after is the most persuasive thing on a skincare page, and it is a language your practice already speaks fluently. Customers who see the result subscribe to keep it, on Shopify's first-party subscriptions with a clean path to Recharge later.

Six pieces of work, delivered as one launch.
A premium theme set up for B. Skincare: type, color, spacing, and layout tuned to the clinical, restrained look the brand needs. Not a template left at its defaults.
A page each for B. clean and B. leave, with room for the formulation story, how to use, and the actives that matter. Structured so a third or fourth product drops in the same way later.
A library of actives you maintain in one place. Each ingredient is written once and shown on every product that uses it, and on its own reference entry.
Customers can subscribe to reorder on a schedule. Starts on Shopify's own subscription tool, with a clear path to Recharge if the program grows to need it.
A wholesale channel for clinics and stockists, with their own pricing, inside the same store. Built on Shopify's native B2B.
Shipping, taxes, payments, notifications, and the checkout set up and tested so the store is ready to take a real order on day one.

Science-backed women's health. Subscriptions and loyalty. Closest reference for the subscription work described in section 02, and for presenting clinical evidence to a consumer audience.
A new skincare launch, built from the ground up. Reference for the science and ingredient content system.
Branded skincare alongside third-party product lines, with treatment information and appointment booking integrated into the same storefront. Relevant if you also want to add a boutique section to your practice's existing site.

Four things get the build moving.
The go-ahead and the deposit. The 50% deposit reserves the timeline and lets me start.
Product photography. Whatever exists now, plus a plan for anything still to shoot. Good images do more for a skincare page than any amount of copy.
Ingredient and formulation notes. What each active is and why it is in the product. I turn these into the ingredient library. You approve every clinical claim before it publishes.
A single point of contact. One person on your side who can answer questions and sign off. It keeps an eight-week build to eight weeks.
Book a short call to talk it through, or send a message. Whichever is easier for you.
Thank you. Your message has been sent to Anne.
